Tant Handlooms Return and Exchange Policy

At Tant Handlooms, we are dedicated to providing high-quality clothing and ensuring your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our Return and Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Damaged Items We accept returns and exchanges only for items that have been damaged during the fulfillment process. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damages incurred while handling or packaging by Tant Handlooms

1.2 Non-Returnable Items Please note that items that are:

  • Not damaged or defective
  • Worn, used, or altered
  • Final sale or discounted items (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Return and Exchange Procedure

2.1 Reporting a Damaged Item To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. You can reach us at:

Please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographic evidence of the damage

2.2 Return Authorization Upon reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved. You must include this RAN in your return package.

2.3 Returning the Item Please return the damaged item to us within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. The item should be in its original packaging and condition. Use a trackable shipping method and retain the shipping receipt as proof of return.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1 Refunds Refunds are only possible if the product sold is damaged due to errors or issues on the part of Tant Handlooms. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we confirm the damage and receipt of the returned item.

3.2 Exchanges If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please specify your preferred replacement item when contacting Customer Support. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item.
